This tutorial is for photoshop only. While I don't doubt that you can do it in PSP or anything else, I have no idea how to go about doing that. :) ( Worst tutorial ever, possibly! )

Suggestions for icons (IE: Movies, shows, comics, celebrities, whatever!) and texture packs go here. I can't promise to fill every one of them, but I'll do my best. This is mostly so I can make what other people like, and for when I've got one of those nasty icon blocks. ♥
